Peanut Butter Protein Bites

In order to be healthy we have to take the time to do so. We have to make an effort to eat better and cleaner and workout and stay active. This isn’t always easy especially those of us who work weird hours or commute long period of times.

There is always a way though and today I decided I needed to start back up on a routine of healthy eating and working out at least four times a week. I don’t really believe in diets, just changing your lifestyle a bit to incorporate cleaner, and whole food groups, being active and drinking plenty of water.

With that in mind I decided to make some fall inspired Energy Bites. These have a decent amount of protein and will be good pre or post workout. I typically use unsweetened all natural peanut butter so if you want to sub that in it will reduce the sugar content. Ingredients I used are below, you can substitute whatever you feel you want, to make it either Paleo friendly or Vegan as well.
