Soooo lazy weekend this weekend. Roosevelt started his school semester back up at Umass Lowell so busy busy. But we managed to make time for some fun and food today. We went to Middleton, MA as you probably figured is out in the middle of nowhere land…but we were pleasantly surprised to see that the mini golf location there “Paradise Golf ” was beautiful.

The day was perfect sunny and breezy no more than 75 degrees. It was simply one of those perfect days you always talk about.

It was a well kept mini golf 18 holes per usual and we went with our friends. Afterwards we went up the street to Panini Pizza Co. Because anyone who says they were voted the best sauce on Yelp deserves a visit.
We ordered a Carne Lovers small for us to share. It came fresh out of the oven. Indeed very good sauce, very good flavorful meats and perfect thin crust.

We then went to Richardsons Ice Cream, it was wonderful we saw amazing scenery, haha cows and donkeys and the moon…

All in all beautiful day, check back for our adventure to the White Mountains next weekend.
