Thus past weekend was filled with a ton of fun, craziness, food and relaxation.  We went to Rhode Island Comic Con this past weekend and it was soon fun. Crazy but fun. We drove over on Friday after locking the keys in the car and the battery dying we finally made it to the hotel at 2am.
Of course it was freezing and raining, it also snowed this weekend.
We became mini celebrities this weekend once we were dressed up people went crazy. Stopping us everywhere for pictures.
We met a bunch of great people, heard some great stories and barely slept.

Funny story about this picture Nichelle (Uhura from original Star Trek) totally checked Roosevelt out. Saying and I quote “hey baby” after he greeted then and looking him up and down and saying it again as we walked away. Feisty!
Thus ended day one, we hadn’t eaten all day so we went to On The Border right next to our hotel. Warwick, RI. I am giving  them props because of their lovely waitress Carla. She was awesome!!!!! Look it up and go.
She gave us a sampler of ice teas, then when dessert came out she did a flourish of hand as she drizzled fresh caramel sauce over it. She was bubbly, sweet and perfectly nice!

This guy was awesome, telling us stories. He was great!

She was super nice and sweet then took a selfie of us for her camera to put on Facebook. What a gem☺

So great meeting her. Super congenial!
It was such a great time. We did meet William Shatner as well but I don’t have that pic yet.

Nice to get away meet new people from all over East coast. On to more adventures!!!
