I am a breakfast food person. On all accounts. Waffles and pancakes being my favorite. I recently got this adorable mini waffle maker that has made my life infinitely easier because the mess is smaller, I have these perfectly portioned out little waffles and I feel less guilty in indulging in more than one 🙂
I made these for an early Christmas eve -eve brunch that I had for the family and everyone really loved them. The flavors of the spice really showed through and the Cultured Maple butter (Ploughgate Creamery) I bought from Mill City Cheesemongers shone in this creation. These are a definite must try if you want something quick yet super yummy.
This Maple Butter & Maple Syrup were heaven!
They looked so cute and perfect!

Recipe Notes
Please note if you use a regular size waffle maker it will make around 3 regular size waffles. If you use a mini waffle maker it will make about 6
In order to crisp my waffles up a bit more I put them into the oven for a few minutes on each side. They came out perfect!
Hope you enjoy these and please leave me your comments below!
