As I browsed around on Pinterest while I should have been working I found some fantastic recipes I wanted to try and my first attempt was last night with Chicken with Sun-dried Tomatoes and Mozzarella. Soooo lazy weekend this weekend. Roosevelt started his school semester back up at Umass Lowell so busy busy. But we managed to make time for some fun and food today. We went to Middleton, MA as you probably figured is out in the middle of nowhere land…but we were pleasantly surprised to see that the mini golf location there “Paradise Golf ” was beautiful.
