I was introduced to this place by my Yoga teacher because it’s in the same little plaza. After a great yoga session we would go to Lanxang Star for a quick dinner. This past weekend I took my babe and our friends to eat dinner there and I wanted to share our experience.
This Laotian/Thai restaurant while small, is run efficiently and the ladies behind the counter and in the kitchen always having a smile for their patrons. The aromas engulf you as soon as you walk through the door and the food has been spectacular every time I have gone in or ordered takeout.
When we arrived it was quiet and we ordered our appetizers while waiting for our friends. I ordered the Crab Rangoon because this place has one of my favorite renditions of it and the Spicy Chicken Wings which were sweet, spicy and brimming with flavor. Both dishes came out quickly and I really wished there was more of it after we scarfed them down.
For our main dishes we ordered the Chicken Drunken Noodles and Yellow Mango Curry , our friends also had the Yellow Mango Curry with Chicken, Seafood Tom Yum Soup and Combination Salad.
