This past weekend was full of sleep. A lot of sleep. I still made time to check out one new restaurant and also go to one of our favorites in Lowell Asados Dona Flor (a wonderful Colombian comfort food spot)
We have never had Brazilian barbecue and for a while now kept hearing about the meats, and the flavors and how its made etc. Found this place in N. Andover its a beautiful place. The ambiance is intimate but also bright. Live piano music, attentive waiters and a wonderful guy who kept bringing me meat to try.
I was the only one out of our friends who decided to do the all you can eat Brazilian Barbecue the meats offered are as followed (yes I am not ashamed to say I tried every single one of them).
- Filet Mignon
- Filet Mignon wrapped in bacon
- Ribeye
- Brazilian Pork Sausage
- Chicken wrapped in bacon
- Leg of Lamb
- Baby barbecue Ribs
Also along with this they bring over a plate of sides, their own house made pico de gallo, salad with a wonderful balsamic, white rice, fried banana with cinnamon, and fried Polenta. Everything was incredible superb. The service again was outstanding I was so impressed. Roosevelt and our friends each got other dishes and they loved those as well. As they also make great Italian food.
This place is a gem, beautiful and inviting and I just had to share my experience.
Eat and live long!
