  • 1 1/2 lbs Ground Chicken
  • 3 Heaping Tbs Sundried Tomatoes
  • 1 Box Pasta( whichever one you want)
  • 2 Tbs Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 Tbs Mexican Oregano
  • 1/2 Pint Heavy Cream
  • 3 Tbs Butter
  • 1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • Pinch Salt


  1. Boil the Pasta as direct until it reaches "al dente" texture. Set aside

    In a large pan melt the butter and cook meat until browned. Add seasonings, stir in. Add heavy cream, sundried tomatoes, pepper, and salt. Cook on a low simmer for a few minutes. Add pasta and mix thoroughly until sauce coats the entire dish. ( Tongs are a great way to mix everything and make sure everything is coated evenly.) Parmesan can go last and you can use the 1/2 cup or more if you want :)

    Voila! Your one-pot meal is complete!
