  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Melted Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Can Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp Nutella

  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 6 Tbsp Milk

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and prepare loaf pan

In a small mixing bowl sift flour, baking soda, baking powder & salt together until evenly mixed. Set aside.

In a medium mixing bowl mix the sugar and butter thoroughly. Add the egg and mix through. Next comes the peanut butter and vanilla, mix this into the batter. Add the flour mixture , it will be slightly lumpy. Add the milk last and mix until all is smooth.

Pour into greased, prepared loaf pan and spread evenly. Drop three tablespoons of Nutella on top of batter and with a butter knife swirl it into the batter.

Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

For the glaze, whip the butter in a bowl until fluffy, add vanilla and powdered sugar until mixed and then add milk as needed until it is thick but can be easily poured over as a glaze.

Enjoy with some hot tea, jam or plain.
