Fortunato’s – | Woburn, MA

Italian food is one of my many weaknesses, but I am incredibly picky. After traveling to Italy with my hubby last April and experiencing the culture and the food there I have really been looking for places that are similar or close to what I had. Fortunato’s in Woburn MA is the spot, with a focus on rich and flavorful dishes this place is so authentically Italian that it reminded me of my last meal in Milan. (You all remember that one right? Check it out here)

Its hard to impress us, Roosevelt was born and raised in Italy and I have been perfecting my homemade pasta sauce for years. But this place did on every level and really made us nostalgic for all things Italian. Not only did we have an incredible meal but we have the lovely pleasure of getting to know Fortunato who was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

What more can you ask from a restaurant that not only delivers delicious food but also makes sure their guests have an amazing time while dining. All in all a fantastic experience and  cannot wait to go back and literally try everything on the menu 🙂

This Chianti was incredible – must try!

One of the specials: Spinach Ravioli w/ Mushroom Alfredo Sauce

I did not want this dish to end, it was rich and vibrant in flavor!
